Perhaps among the daily work within the philanthropic sector and in particular of a donor foundation, the focus is only on thinking about how to achieve the results proposed in the work plan or in each funded project and doing so is important, it is vital and fundamental. Without positive results there is no financier. But the greatest lesson that an organization obtains from everyday life is diluted and ends up undermined: the importance of working as a team, which is not given due importance because it is a means and is rarely seen as an end. Business foundations have a great resource which is precisely the organization around work. It is inherent for the corporation to dominate the processes and therefore provide and train the human resources that must work together. Administration and its tools become an important resource that is transferred from the company to the organization. The other foundations (family, community and independent) do not have this advantage as closely or as developed, which does not mean that they exercise it over time in an exemplary manner. But teamwork, as an end or as a means, is so needed in our society and in the philanthropic sector because it offers different benefits.

Teamwork as an end allows us to socialize, develops Phone Number List empathy, makes the needs of the community our own and deposits in it the qualities we have for its use. As each person has different abilities, they end up contributing more than the simple arithmetic sum of people. Teamwork as an end, as it leaves the foundation and is reflected in the community, allows motivating the influx of tastes and hobbies that feed the collective imagination to innovate solutions. However, if it seeks to stimulate a different thought that is based on the fact that a civil association of a philanthropic nature focuses on the superior value of Man and Nature, it finds its reason for being in these two areas.
